How often should I train per week?
Did You Know? Exercising regularly can improve your mood, and there’s quite a bit of science behind it - Read the rest of FAQs to learn more.

This depends on the SMART goals we help you to establish and on client-specific capabilities. As a general recommendation, the baseline should be some sort of step goal with daily movement. The current recommendations starts at 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week. However, if you sit on the couch eating chips 6 days per week, exercise only once per week, you probably won’t achieve your goals.
Your personal trainer can help you understand the recommended frequency of training, so it is important to let them know your availability and plan the schedule together. This will help you commit to the provided program.
